Born and raised in Madrid, I grew up surrounded by the aromas of simmering sofritos, sizzling garlic and olive oil, and long family meals that stretched late into the night. Food wasn’t just something we ate—it was how we celebrated, connected and showed love. That passion for Spanish gastronomy is what inspired me to create Tapas Madriz here in Melbourne.

Tapas Madriz is a catering and events experience dedicated to authentic Spanish flavours, with a focus on vibrant **tapas** and traditional **paellas** cooked from scratch.
